FENSA & ASSURE

We are an active FENSA member and comply with all new and revised building regulations. We are regularly trained and made aware of changes in this industry and have full knowledge in aspects such as revised building regulations, providing adequate fire escapes, the use of toughened glass and proper ventilation etc. Every replacement window and door we install will come with a FENSA or ASSURE certificate upon paid completion and this is an important document that should be retained as it will normally be required by new owners of your property should you ever move home.

More recently, we have also become a member of the Government backed Assure scheme, which is very similar to the FENSA scheme with perhaps a more stringent assessment when called upon. You may therefore receive either a FENSA or ASSURE certificate upon completion of your works. (excluding new builds etc which would come under building regulation control and not FENSA/ASSURE).
