We offer a complete range of bespoke windows, which will blend in perfectly with any home, whatever its size, style or vintage.

New windows by Gardinia will also significantly reduce any draughts you may have. Heat loss is also reduced to a minimum by using Low E Glass with Argon gas filled units as standard. We install every window with a ‘warm edge’ spacer bar for optimum efficiency. For a small additional premium we can provide you with an energy efficient window and door system equivalent to, if not better than, an A rated window. We frequently use triple glazing for bevelled or leaded glass doors and feature windows.

Noise is significantly reduced to a minimum and our quality windows will never rot, swell, warp, fade or discolour and need very little maintenance and will never need painting. All our windows incorporate and benefit from the latest 28mm double glazed sealed units.

As well as offering many different style options to suit your home, we also offer a wide choice of different colours. You can choose from brilliant white or from a wide range of lustrous woodgrain effects such as rosewood and Golden Oak. Additional colour choices such as anthracite and slate grey and chartwell green are also available on a slightly longer lead time.

We also offer a complete range of Georgian bar effects (both in-between the glass and astragal solid type Georgian) and leaded glass options. Should you desire, you can also individually tailor your windows with coloured filters and authentic stained glass for that finishing touch. Stained and bevelled glass is a popular option in windows and doors where that personal touch would finish off your home.

PVCu Vertical Sliding Sash Windows

We can offer you a PVCu window to replace your authentic original sash windows. These windows have been specifically designed to replicate the original sash window, with very similar front to back measurements. Authentic horned sash details can be added along with solid (astragal) Georgian bars. The window slides up and down as per a traditional window with the added bonus of the sashes pivoting inwards for cleaning purposes. The window mechanism is on a stainless steel spring balance, rather than a traditional leaded corded weight. Travel restrictors can be fitted to only allow the window to open approximately 4 inches for security and child safety if required. Combined with energy efficient glass as standard they are a perfect and cost effective way of replacing your original windows and look great in a new build as well. They are available in white and woodgrain options. This style of window can be installed in conservation and National Park areas with, usually, the minimum of fuss or concern.

Energy Efficiency And Energy Rated PVCu Windows

New windows and doors are now sold in a similar way to when you purchase a new washing machine or fridge freezer. They now come with an energy rating to help the homeowner determine how little or how much energy is consumed in their home. These days it would be difficult to purchase a new washing machine or fridge that was anything other than ‘A’ rated. Windows are gradually following this example and we believe that energy efficient windows are one of the best ways to conserve energy in your home.

We utilise one of the best and most energy efficient glass units in our manufacturing process that is currently available. All of our units are 28 mm thick overall and have Argon gas in their cavity. We use a Swiss warm edge spacer bar and soft coated low e glass as a minimum standard. This process, along with our 70 mm PVCu frames, enables us to offer an A rated WER window as standard.
